One of Boulder's newer residential areas, though it dates back to WWII. Origianlly an industrial zone, you'll now find an eclectic mix of single family homes, townhomes, and condos. North Boulder is a walkable neighborhood with access to great public space.

Neighborhood Points of Interest

  • Wonderland Lake Trailhead - 1.7 mile loop trail that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and dogs are allowed on leash.

  • Elks Park - A spacious park that can accommodate a wide variety of activities. The park includes playground, picnic area, ball fields and bike route access.

  • First Friday Art Walks - The first Friday of every month you can visit artist studios and shop right at the source of creation.
