Although most of her business comes through referrals and repeat clients, Portia is always open to meeting new people and enjoys working with buyers on the hunt for the perfect home. A passionate philanthropist, Portia co-founded Holes of Hope, an annual golf tournament held at Lake Valley Golf Course in Niwot where she also sponsors a hole each year. All net proceeds go to the Boulder Community Hospital Foundation for use at the Tebo Cancer Center; the event has raised over $500,000 since its inception.
While not working, you might find Portia hiking, skiing, snowshoeing with her husband, cheering at a CU football game, attending outdoor concerts, or spending time with her Black Lab and friends. She also likes to cook and entertain, and to spend vacations on the beaches of Maui and California and the slopes of the Rocky Mountains.
